Opportunity: Centrally located Short Term Insurance Broker is looking for vibrant, well-spoken and target driven individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service. We provide training at our cost, you will receive a basic monthly salary, and an attractive commission-based package. All you need to have is self-confidence, be bold and an ambitious individual with an eagerness to join our dynamic go-getting sales team.

Minimum requirements & Qualifications:

A positive attitude

Driven to meet daily targets

Bilingual – Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write);

The ability to adhere to a strict starting time and the flexibility to work additional hours, including option of remote working

1 Year Cold Calling experience or

1 Year Sales contact centre experience in short term

Clear Criminal record

Proven sales track record

Focused customer service and a good team player

Empathy and integrity qualities essential for dealing with clients and data

A self-starter who can work successfully unsupervised

Qualifications:

Grade 12 certificate

RE certificate

30 FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full qualification as legislatively required (must be fit and proper as defined)

Job Outputs:

Timeous follow up on leads

Quote existing and new members

Convert quotations to sales, in line with the minimum monthly targets

Contact new potential customers and underwrite policies

Be target driven, passionate and have a client-centred focus

Dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
