CEO

Rob, as he’s affectionately known to his team, is a strategic thinker whose experience includes outsourcing, sales management, lead generation and new business development. Before launching Boomerang SA, he held senior leadership positions in call centre operating companies in South Africa and the UK. He's currently at the dissertation phase of completing an MBA degree.

Isabelle Pavy

Manager - Accounts and Finance

French national who arrived in South Africa in the early 2000s. She brings international flair and some French sophistication to the team. Isabelle has lost her heart to sunny South Africa, accepting that, perhaps the centre of the universe is not France.

Naziema Williams-Bloew

Manager - Administration

A true legend of the business who joined our core team more than a decade ago. Naziema is our rock and the keeper of our values. She's the most sincere person we know.

Ardien has systems and processes for breakfast! This highly experienced contact centre operations manager has managed large contact centre operations, providing services globally.

Arielle Sive

Business Development

Arielle does business development and has been tasked with brining in new clients and partners that will help us grow and add value to our business. Her warm personality makes people feel at ease and her empathetic nature enables her to understand the needs of the company, as well as those of our clients. Arielle is currently studying towards a degree in Psychology and Business Management.

Dennis Vermaas

Manager - Human Resources Development

Dennis has a military background and understands the value of discipline, teamwork and camaraderie. He holds an MBA degree, more than 20 years’ experience in outbound call centre workings and has trained many team leaders in the call centre industry. Dennis has worked in multiple call centre locations throughout South Africa and emerging Africa.
